Mettlos connects merchants with Community Admins and creators for paid local promotions. The selected listing price, approved content, images and publication slot must be reviewed before payment.

Publication

Community Admins manually publish approved text and selected photos to their channel and submit posting proof. Copying text does not attach images automatically. Instagram campaigns require the merchant-approved creative concept and agreed deliverables.

Scheduling uses India Standard Time. Publication before the booked time cannot be submitted as completed proof. An alternate slot changes the booking only after merchant approval and a server availability check.

Payments and payout

Test and demo transactions are separate from real payments. A checkout success screen alone is not the final booking record; the server verifies the payment. Admin earnings become eligible only after the required merchant confirmation or owner dispute decision.

Admin payouts are manual bank/UPI transfers made by the platform owner. The website records a completed transfer and reference; it does not itself transfer payout money.

Conduct and disputes

Submit lawful, accurate promotions. Do not post harmful, misleading or prohibited content. Owners may review and suspend unsafe listings. Merchants may dispute posting proof; Admins may respond and the owner reviews the evidence.
